IOIH, I appreciate your post, it's very objective. I think you've neglected two important points though: 1) "Size" is completely redefined on the internet, and USABanc will soon be "bigger" than ANY bank out there, simply b/c of a dynamic website and an all-in-one package. Image is everything, baby. and 2) Many were just as skeptical about online book sales a few years ago as were skeptical about online banking just a few months ago. The early bird gets the worm, and USABanc.com's business model of all-in-one banking/brokerage/e-commerce is dynamic enough to attract gobs of new customers. Once they have them, they will probably keep them. The banking customers are much easier to keep than the book buyers. It is indeed a vision dude, but you don't lack it, you just don't have it in focus yet. You will eventually, and you'll profit greatly... -VeloSpeed
