I have seen this action before. Day traders begin to get cold feet 45 minutes before the close. At about 3:17, it looks like a quarter of a million shares traded within one minute. Serious money starts buying at the end of the day when the stock usually starts drifting down. But the stock did not drift down, it started back up on low volume, THEN Big Funds got edgy and pulled the trigger.

This is the deal, it is SIII that is going to put Rio Port public. This would be the kind of play that would cause this kind of move.

I have no specific information. I am long DIMD.
