Eric, I do not have the answers to your questions as they are not based on any information or fact that I have nor would want to acquire... My interest lies in the Company and its products .. not what or who paid for what etc...etc...I repeat that is none of my business, and the IRS surely are the only ones who need to know that info and I am sure they do..so you needn't concern yourself with that... Now, Robert Steel and D. Allen may have some answers as they seem to pry into that type of info...ask them! That is if they ever show up...or have you noticed they only show up when they have some "firey" info..and then depart the area...Remember the people who stick around and stay the course.... Kerry
