Pied,
amkr is one of those companies that I like for the following reasons:
1. represent the full potential to grow with the semiconductor industry as it rebounds ( if not exceed average growth due to shifting of major manufactures to contract packaging and assembly).

2. beaten up for various reasons but now clearly behind it
3. unfavorable p/e with respect to semi companies

For these reasons i see signficant upside potential with minimal risk (maybe 6 1/2 on the extreme low side). Extrapolate out expected earnings on top of an expanding p/e as the companies health earns more credibiltiy and you have the making for a 2-3 bagger (with 7 as the reference).

PS- those goosed out at wstl didn't even come close to knowing what they were doing to executing on the asic conversion(s)
