Re. death on a stick for PC makers, what do you make of KMAG? Their margins have been squeezed past nothing and they just bought Western Digital's disk-making operation only to scrap it. The stock is close to an all-time low at 3, below book value. They foresee further losses in the quarter ahead; the market is just not there. Looks like a great company at bargain prices to me - could it get still worse?
