Friday, March 21 the company announces they are closing their deal on the latest acquisition. Seems the warrant money has given them enough cash to do the deal early. Thats good news because this new acq. will add something like 11 mil. in sales to the company. Earnings announced last week. 4th qtr. in line with expectations, as well as year end 1996. Chairman announces margins improved too. These are all positive signs. We need the overall market to stay up to keep this one moving. Now is the time. I smell a small cap rally soon.
