Since TSC article pumping the value on AMKR, I have followed it but, just haven't been smart enough to buy this double bottom. Will look to see how the breakout goes.

Your PS puzzles me some, since I felt WSTL lost decent individuals then, what was left was rather inexperienced on that front. But it does start with sound mgmt and that was missing every step of the way, starting with CLEGG.
