Total nonsense. I encourage you to send Kennard a FRIENDLY (he is on our side) note urging a mandate that would leave AT&T and Time Warner alone.

All this crap at the local and Federal levels(those few congressman getting paid by the likes of AOL and Mindspring) needs to be stopped.
