SilverBMW, I don't believe you have been around this stock long. I've been around for years.....I have a cane and my beard now touches the floor. And I know you may find this hard to believe...but ANYI has had a very difficult time getting anything "regulatory" done in a speedy fashion. As a matter of fact....no company gets anything "regulatory" done in a speedy fashion. They used to......but not any more. It took 7 months to get through the SEC process.......but they did it. They emerged a fully reporting company. Two other companies I own....one on the AMEX and one on the NASDAQ... had similar problems.......Long waits. Frustration. This week the NASD, OTCBB have been in panic mode......IMO. There are now three types of people there......People who are running around like mad trying to fix the problems.......people who are hiding under their desks.....and folks who don't know enough to realize that they should be fixing or hiding......... Anyhow.......take all of this for what it's worth.......there is a bunch of interest in this stock......the NASD is in a panic......and waiting has always been a tradition. (the patient people have done well with BANY) So everything is just about normal, I would say.......grab a Snickers......welcome to the club of "stuff happens".....as ANYI attempts to do this the right way......not the "reverse merge into a stinky shell"way...... I think you will find that things are never quite as bad as some think....and never quite as good. Buy, sell, hold.....the long termers here don't care. Those who left at 30 cents....50 cents.....75 cents.....they all need company. We may trade Monday afternoon....we may not. It may be Tuesday....or even Wednesday. It will be whenever it can be done correctly......IMHO. Want to help?.......pull some of your "buy" orders. bg
