my god, I saw that interview on CNBC and I cannot believe that jackass...."Open, the issue here is Open...." Mass residents should be ashamed of themselves to have this jackass representing them.

I saw the interview, and neither the interviewer nor the interviewee knew what they were talking about. I kept waiting to hear the congressman asked if he were aware of the technical problems that have to be overcome to make "open access" work well for the consumer, nothing. I did'nt hear the question, "Why should cable companies upgrade their local loop then invite competitors to cut their throats? Very disappointing.
