Jan Garrity, I'm with you on the adult issue. I think it has to go, period. Contrary to other longs who believe it has to go in order to attract fund managers and institutional investors, I believe it has to go for moral issues. The company has repeatedly said they (the adult sites) will be sold during July.

I don't necessarily agree on the casino issue. Personally, I believe that if someone is going to gamble, it is better that they do it at home than in a place where they will be stuffed with alcohol and surrounded by hookers and other vices. To allow legal gambling at Las Vegas and prohibit it at home, is absurd IMO. A man's home is his castle, a Supreme Court Justice once said. I'm not too sure the High Court will be too excited to allow that sort of interference on private activity at home that is perfectly legal otherwise. Why waste time and resource on a trifling attempt?

Personally, I don't gamble, but I think strict and fair regulation will be better for society. If gambling is going to be illegal, make it all illegal, including state lotteries and all, otherwise, legalize it and regulate it firmly.
