Actually That is one of the many things about the states I do NOT like. That and criminal activity in general.

Noone has to take any responsibility for their own actions anymore - Everyone looking for an excuse.

A guy gets drunk climbs a laddeer and falls off - He can sue the ladder maker because it did not have a warning not to drink and climb up on it.

All people talk about is sue sue sue. I agree people must be responsible when negligent but it has gone way way too far
