Near term concern over open access and the delay of DOCCIS 1.2. It could be postponed until 2.0. Nonetheless, TERNs products and strategy is strong. Deployment may be slowed a bit, but only from an astronomical trajectory to a spectacular one. If the jitters continue I see a buy below 40.
