I raised hell and spoke to their manager too and the answer I got was: "It was a human error" I said who's the human causing the error? They said it was their order desk but they were not willing to compensate me for that human's error. On the other hand if the error had been caused by me... they would have expected me to cover the trade. Good rule huh? They think they still own the candy store... not for long! Lola
