Does everybody realize that the old problem we had as explained by HHBB is about to disappear?

That problem was that we are a very attractive buyout candidate but our current valuation is roughly 1X earnings or less. Howard Jonas is not going to sell anywhere near that level. He would want at least 3 1/2 x. However, a corporation such as Sprint or Time Warner or AOL would get into severe trouble with their own stockholders if they made an offer in excess of $80 to a company that is currently valued in the 20's.

Not so soon. With the net2phone IPO IDT will have gotten around this problem for both IDT and any potential aquireor. If NTOP begins trading in the 80-100 dollar range. Has anyone figured out what IDT would be worth on paper to a suitor? Add to that a premium of 20%.
