I have always been athletic, so never really thin. When I think of thin I think of people with no fat and no muscle. I have gained some weight and I would like to remove it!! I have done stress eating lately and I have to stop. I really have to change my lifestyle. I am working on it. I will never be a 4 ever ever ever. Don't want to be a 4. 8-10 is o.k. with me.
