What stupid excuses they come up with. My problem with Investorline was about a year ago and they've really improved their Internet service... so not as many human errors because I don't have to call the order in anymore.

The executions are pretty quick now... usually about 30 to 60 seconds from when I submit my order... and I never do market buys and sells. If they ever give that I was trying to get you a better price excuse, I will show up at their office with a shotgun!

I used to call in all my orders because their servers were always down. As a backup I use the automated telephone service. The human factor is way too much for me to handle especially when I realize while talking to the trader that they probably don't know the difference between the words buy and sell.

The orders still have to be approved by a human but it appears they've hired more intelligent order desk people recently... I guess too many complaints from their English speaking customers.

You know they have Chinese order desk people to handle the Chinese clients. I guess they have more Chinese speaking clients than English speaking clients because I used to have a hell of a time because I don't speak Chinese! I asked for an English speaking trader so why do they keep giving me the freaking Chinese traders? Geez!

Nothing against anyone who's Chinese but come on this is ridiculous. Are the Chinese taking over Canada? LOL!

Here's a really good excuse they gave me for bungling up a good trade:

We can't keep up with you... you trade too fast.

Well that's the idea... I'm a daytrader stupid!

Lola:)

edit: I really love it when they call me up and say that my latest trade can't be approved because my sell hasn't gone through yet. I tell them when the trade is done by looking at the orders on Canada Stockwatch. They don't see the fill because they don't look at Canada Stockwatch... is that utterly stupid or what?

I wonder how many more years it will take them to get a subscription to Canada Stockwatch so I don't have to tell them all the stuff they're supposed to be telling me.
