Sure glad ALL BDE convertibles have already been converted, according to the company. . . and all recently purchased stock has been registered and distributed, according to the filings. I believe the quantity of shares sold are the same as those reported registered, so the company answered your question within the filings.

Yes, this diluted the stock some. . .and that is why the stock price fell from 7 and change to 4 3/4 recently. And there are still some short-sellers on other boards, etc. that would like to short BDE, because they still think it has floorless convertibles. . . which we discovered it no longer has. Someone really ought to tell them. <g>

So now we have all that behind us, so to speak. And some interesting deals ahead. What was that the CEO was telling Business Week about upcoming deals with AOL, Disney and Microsoft? When is the BDE website going E-commerce? And when is that Entertainmentdom.com site going live by Warner Brothers?

And what happened to Hasbro Interactive's "Learning Channel" or whatever. . .with the Carmen SanDiego, etc.? That was to be a big deal. Shouldn't it be about time for BDE to release a Carmen San Diego or a Barbie game or something? I could go on. . . .lots of news on the horizon, it would seem.
