There is a discussion group on Internet Trader here at SI. I'm not positive if they have the TICK, they do have 1min and 5min ticks for stocks. As to whether the data can be captured, haven't looked into this yet. I've used the program on occassion but it still seems very buggy. Price is right though: free.
