Still on vacation... however, I am getting very excited about TKI... clearly they are heading in the right direction with the Special Meeting to take place on July 16 and it sounds like managment owns enough of this company to get a yes vote but in reality, I don't think there is anyone who would be against this deal... this type of sports betting is among the most lucrative... they get a % of the total purse right off the top (like horse track betting), whereas, on-line casino gaming depends on a customer loosing... for example, I have seen reports about on-line gaming where there may be $20,000 bet in one day but the company pays out $21,000... on the positive side, the share dilution is minimal, the financing is at $0.30 (higher than the close), the warrants are at $0.75 with only a limited value (December 99), therefore, there is great incentive to move the price above at least $1.00 ---- if fact, the justification to get investors to take down a Private Placement at $0.30 with warrants at $0.75 must mean that the business case was so strong that they are very, very, very convinced that they have a winner on their hands... In my opinion, this one is opening up at a higher price... and if there is a good demand for shares, the stock has all the right ingredients to make a significant move... of course, you had to have bought some stock before the halt... what a crazy speculative game playing penny stocks can be... one day mining diamonds, the next day on-line sports betting... and everyone appears happy... so I guess that old saying isn't quite true, "diamonds are a girls best friend...!" should now be changed to ..."sports couch potatoes are a girls best friend...!!!" |
