I forgot to also mention that market manipulators are probably the only beneficiaries of reverse-splits, since with fewer shares in the pool it takes less volume to move prices.

At any rate, congratulations. It appears that NOYR is one of the rare exceptions to the norm and I hope it continues to do well for you.

By the way, I looked NOYR up on E*Trade. They have it on the OTC:BB with a 52-week low of 4.00 on May 4, 1999 and a 52-week high of 63.75 on September 8,1998.

Has NOYR ever been listed?

Are those prices before or after the split?

Also, has NASD changed it's dollar minimum for listing? If not, why was the reverse-split necessary?
