Welcome back, we need 10 - 15% of the float short

Jeff and Norden, thanks for the welcome back. Sorry, my pockets are not deep enough to short 10-15% of the float. Judging from the traffic on this thread, I doubt there're many shorting this issue either.

Norden, I don't speak German, other than simple conversational phrases which I picked up during a 4-week visit there.
