Willing to bet AEP rep is talking about their marketing area while DOE is talking nationwide. Another Gas Turbine plant ready this weekend. This replaces the coal plant whose boiler exploded earlier this year outside of Detroit. They also talk about two other new gas turbine plants they just completed. That's 3 new turbine plants sucking Nat Gas! In fairness I note that CMS is gas biased.
