Well, Mr. F, it's been a while.
I was trying to go back and find the prices on "Rocketeer" stocks at the end of May last year - unfortunately, I have a portfolio set up without my "buy" prices. The Rocketeer Hysterical Average (RHA) was my creation to track the "progress" of the overheated, overhyped stocks pumped by "Macker" and his merry band, which peaked in popularity around late May of last year. These stocks were MTEI, DGIV, SGNC and INFE.
Capsules:
MTEI - Pump and dump "formerly casinos, now coal and natural gas" company. Hit a high of about $1.50 if I recall, halted last year and still kicking around on the pink sheets far as I know for about .01
SGNC - "Artificial blood" company hyped all the way up to over $1 as well, currently sitting at .09 Company has not completed trials needed to get "product" to market, and has no money to begin doing so.
INFE - Has made wild financial projections, done the standard BB "aquisitions", and promised financials for the past year a half. Apparently involved in world's longest audit, since they hired an auditor in December according to company PR. Chased by Rocketeers up to 5 5/8, now sitting at .41
DGIV - Rocketeers original pump and dump, which Macker and friends managed to hype from pennies to $8 before big reversal. Also halted as of last week, so it's currently untradeable.
I guess Rocketeer Hysterical Average would be about .51/4, or a generous 13 cents, with DGIV counting as zero until it could be traded again. I wish the thread I tracked it on was still active, as I believe I remember the average going over $2. |
