There are 15.5M shares outstanding.

The 450K+ shares is about 3%.

3% of MTSN's price would be a whole $0.36 only some of which would have been discounted, if any at all.

i.e. - It's insignificant in the scheme of things.

A minor item of uncertainty has been removed.
