Hello, Then meeting started at 5:05pm 7/8/99 with greetings from Paul Henry who introduced Robert Gordon and the rest of the board as well as a number of the staff who attended. The company has been working hard to lower debt and Mr. Gordon believes that TSIG will be profitable soon. Talked about some of the projects: LifeTime Learning – Positive response so far. 28% participation. Believe to bring in $7 mil. Profit and cover TSIG debt. 2500 to 3000 schools will participate. TSIG reps will be calling the teachers to pump the program. $800K cost to kick off the LTL project. USA Valley Ball – 4H – This one had to have US Agriculture department approval. 6.5 million kids in 4H Future Business Leaders of America American Athletes with disabilities NetTaxi – complete going live by Monday, 17th most active web site on the Net. Exclusive right to provide music. Palace.net Davidson Group, should be a news conf. next Tuesday. Indigo city 600 retail products (perhaps 6000). This site drop ships products from manufactures. TSIG will have exclusive misic sales. It may start as soon as Sept. Tremendous amount of business in the pipe line. Takes time to work out the deals. Tempo cash flow starts this month – 100 million CD sales projected next year - $10 mil. to TSIG Signature deal is still ON but on hold due to a software problem with the bank that sig. dealing with. The hold up is NOT TSIG fault. Moving forward with another Sig. deal. Babe Ruth, TSIG will contact 7000 league presidents contacting them to help them get set up. TSIG will have 15 people working with the league presidents to work (pump) the program. The Babe Ruth problem was miscommunication on both sides not just TSIG. Mr. Gordon expects the end of the year to end in the black. We should see lots of income starting in Sept. Sales in May 20K, June 100K, July 250K Cash flow positive by this coming Oct. The stock price drop. The reg. of PP thought to take longer then it actually did. The SEC approved the PP and then one of the PP holders began to liquidate his shares. Negotiating with an “institution” for an equity deal. Amplified is still on and will be set up soon. Net Taxi will issue 2 mil 3-unit electronic music cards. Next will be the NetTaxi photo card release. What is critical is the next 6 weeks. TSIG needs cash and they are working on that. No one wants to see the stock diluted. It was nice meeting REW, Dixie777, Merk and other shareholders. I hear Ztect was sitting in the back, but I did not meet him. A group of us (not Ztect) sat around for hours after the shareholder meeting talking about the meeting and the future. We all have a degree of sceptisism but the money is there if they get their act together on execution and implemention. Oh TSIG has a fantastic office and there is room to grow. They were able to rent the office at a good price. Downtown St. Pete is a little slow so there is a lot of office space available. I am holding and most likely will add more shares at these prices. But I would like to see that TSIG will survive the next six weeks. As one friend said: “show me the money”! Do your own DD. Jeff
