I recently upgraded from a 133Mhz Pentium to the Best Dell had to offer. Reason was 3D Game animation and superior video and sound. My old system couldn't cut it. Consider BB allowing/requiring interactive 3D Games in real time and Interactive video/audio, DVD, and Dolby Digital Surround Sound. Seem's MD is right. IMO.
