Paul,

The difference between a winner and a loser is that the loser losses. No one has lost yet. Both AMD and Cyrix are still alive despites Intel's best efforts to obliterate them. One *could* argue that Intel is the loser by not being able to destroy Cyrix or AMD. Funny thing is they won't go away.
