Lisa, that is the standard is civil cases: period... ...Just because a man is visited in an office by his children, it does not perforce become a residence. The official residence is apart from the workplace... ...Let me ask you, do you honestly believe that evidence that a man had cheated on his wife in his own home would be inadmissable in a divorce proceeding? How about questions about whether or not he had cheated? How about questions about cheating in his office? Suppose it were a workplace action, but his office were in his home. Would his receptionist not be able to sue him? Sorry, but none of your assertions hold- up. As soon as a judge ruled, he was obliged to respond truthfully...
