Not if it cedes market share and Intel can still make a profit. Despite all the brew-ha about Intel and Celeron prices, Intel does make a profit off those lines. I believe Intel wants to supply the building blocks for "a billion connected computers". I would be very disappointed if Intel turns away business that it can make a profit on, which includes the value segment.
