I don't miss much. But 1.2 million is not huge and I do believe the only reason that CLVE used this form of financing is because the MEDICAL people had other deals coming in so they needed the cash fast. Now remember the CEO of CLVE has been A securities lawyer in NYC for 25 years. Put your self in his shoes for a moment. He has a deal that he can set up where he has a HUGE PR Firm ready to come on board as soon as deals are made that should push the stock to the $2 level and keep it there. He has a deal with GEM to give him the cash he needs RIGHT NOW to close the deal. GEM is restricted from converting any stock right now and when they do convert it will be at a buck and only 1.2 million shares. Seems smart to me. Hay but what do I know?
