a major has looked at the audited financials This is hypotheses built on conjecture supported by fantasy. "Chances are" doesn't amount to jack-all when dealing with BBs. This company, and its close relations, has bailed on promises it explicitly made. To say it's now smart to bank on something they never even said is, to my mind, foolhardy. If you have a document from Medinah saying otherwise, feel free to share it.
