Your broker can still trade it but they are not supposed to post quotes on it. At least that is how I think it goes. Dreyfus still is willing to trade in it anyhow. This has led to the great daily price fluctuations we have seen. With all the past problems this is just one more. They have an accounting firm dealing with it. They have a new business plan. They have a better website. They have new products and ideas so when everything is cleared up we can look forward to the following:
1. Reinstatement on the NASDAQ BB.
2. Court approval of the reorganization and the removal of the Q.
3. A fresh advertising campaign.
4. Increased product sales and new website improvements.
5. New supplemental revenue streams.
6. A greatly increased stock price.
