Hi Jim and All, I received my Annual Report also and was happy with what I saw. The assets are listed as $1,479,406, while the equity is $1,339,686. Cash and marketable securities look good at $317,771. To me, there are quite a few shares outstanding at $20,854,287, but not too many. The question is, How long before the first flat panel display system will be finished? The Annual Report says, "The operating prototypes of the flat panel display systems are schedule for completion during the next several months." The CEO's report was dated June 16, 1999. Several months after June could be next January. I am interested in your comments regarding the Annual Report and ADOT's future. Scoobey
