Attention David Sirk!

Here speaks the more stable guy:

Are you aware of the new OTC BB rules, phased in during 1999?

otcbb.com

Amongst them: "6. Removal - If Nasdaq has no information that the issuer is compliant, upon expiration of the grace period (i.e., on the scheduled phase-in date), the issuer's security(ies) will be removed from the OTCBB. Deletions will appear on the OTCBB Daily List and will become effective 2 days from the date the notice appears on the OTCBB Daily List. "

But there are no SEC filings yet, not a single one for a company trading (like a shell for quite a time) since Aug '97 at least:

edgar-online.com returns nada, nincs, nought.

Are you aware of share count, dilution, cash, etc? Who is the auditor? Are there audited statements? Is there something you can proove?

Well, there is a rash of news: biz.yahoo.com

but the news don't mention any preparations for obtaining current filings. You know, if things are complicated, then it will take some time to prepare & audit filings.

Does CLVE do anything about preparation of audited reports to be in compliance with the new OTC eligibility Rule?

Schedule: otcbb.com
----->
Please note that the FINAL date for an issuer to become compliant before removal from the OTCBB is the close of business on the FIRST trading day of the month indicated below.

October 1999 BJ - CT (at the beginning of Oct)
