Dave, there is little one can be 'absolutely positive' about when it comes to NPEC. I know, I have held shares a long time as well. About the only 'absoloutely positive' on NPEC is this, in the next 12 month period, at some point, it will trade <.20, and also >.05. Just trade it accordingly.
