I am envious that you and JP are busy writing away on your books. I wish I could write, and in one sense I can, I do just fine with lawyer stuff, but that's not the same thing at all. Maybe I just envy your sense of purpose. I'm fixing to do something really strange - apply for a job with the federal government. Chris is kvetching and kvelling about being SITCOMs - "single income, two children, oppressive mortgage." And it's going to take a long time to build my practice back up. And we're going to be a lot closer to D.C. than we were. And Ben is old enough to baby-sit Nick for a couple of hours after school. So, what the heck. I just got back from the library with books that explain how to apply for federal jobs. Chris is thrilled.
