When Dana Verrill founded Spectrum Information Technologies and led that company to nearly $100,000,000 revenues in the 1980's, he was a great swordsman. But, today he's facing Uzis and AK47's. A swift sword is ... not enough. So Dana, stop resting on your laurels and get MDMI moving. You can start by getting those financials filed. No more delays. No more excuses.

In the 80's the Internet was not even a dream, and the vicious competition and stock trading taking place today, particularly in Penny Stocks, had no comparison. Now we need alert, informed representation, and immediate communication and a sense of mission from the principals of the company.

It was good to see that news release about the Fresh Choice evaluation, but the timing was bad and the stock did not move up. Friday is the day to release bad news which you want to dissipate over the weekend. If the news is good, the best time to put it out is on a Monday morning so the market can digest it and the stock can benefit.

Something else. MDMI has a pattern of releasing news about test marketing of their products in stores, then never following up on it.

A few days ago I posted: "Specifically, which Albertson's stores are carrying Massimo's pastries in their coffee shops? Has MDMI expanded their sales position with Albertson's, is it remaining the same, or is it losing ground? Are they selling at a profitable rate? After six weeks there should be ample feedback to "evaluate the sales of those products" and give the shareholders a more intelligent response than "things are progressing 'quite well'".
How about some real numbers and hard, honest facts? Good or bad.

I never got a response and when that happens, no news is generally bad news.

Your move, MDMI.
