Hear you're maybe putting up stakes in PV. We have a condo there as well. This is the hottest time of year down there though the afternoon monsoon cools things down for a while. Haven't spoken with M or D for about a month now. We haven't had the families together for several months. We just haven't made the time. Yup, about three to four weeks away now for the third (and last).
