This is from memory and therefore (especially my memory) may be in error. I believe Don Beck said (and he owns a substantial portion of the inside shares) that he had no intention in the early phase of selling shares and would address the 'need for stock' issue with forward splits as necessary. Once institutional investors see the validity of the company and the price is in the low double digits they will most likely be jumping in with big investments and the splits WILL be necessary--very small float.
