Got my report Saturday as well. Interesting to see the makeup of the 20.8 million outstanding shares sold by ADOT over the past few years. I've been in ADOT for awhile trying, with limited success, to build up my position to at least maintain the same percent ownership as the new shares came out. I didn't realize that there were already 21 million out!! Haven't posted here in awhile. Had planned on seeing Les last year, but never got out close enough to them, and never had time to get back to the thread until recently.

My concern is two-fold ... Dilution and Raising of Capital. The report states they currently have room up to 25 million shares before requesting from the SEC to up the Authorized beyond 25 million shares. I would rather see them raise Debt capital and pay it off from the proceeds of the first 2 boards. However, look at the revenue to date ... it is booked as a percent completion of the initial 2 boards ... thus the order is 15% complete (250k / 1700k). It may very well be some time before the prototype is complete, approved, and the first board comes to market. If this does take a year, there is a need to raise at least another $1.5 million of capital. I hope the next round comes from debt, as this would represent over 15 million additional shares if from equity (at today's prices).
I worked with a startup that is in the process of failing. There is a way to issue on growing perceived value before your stock is 'widely held', as there really is no 'market price' to tell you otherwise. Once its out there with a price set by buyers ad sellers in a market, the next issuance is pretty well set at current pricing or below.

Would like to receive others comments particularly if you find disagreement with comments related to % of completion above. I will try and be on the board at least once a week.

IF 15% COMPLETE (or 30% complete on the one board), THEN WHY TELL US 3rd QTR 1999 IF IT HAS TAKEN OVER 18 MONTHS TO GET TO THIS POINT FROM THEIR INITIAL STATEMENTS? Don't get me wrong ... I am a long-term holder of a good stake with a wish to increase on each and every down turn. Additionally ... please know that this stake is truly my 'gambling' risk stake that I allot myself as a small percentage of my portfolio ... IMHO this is definately not a stock that should be amongst anyone's core holdings or even anyone's short term run up play.
