Subj: Disclosing Personal Financial Info

Has anyone here happened to actually read the "Amendments to Account Agreements" which just arrived in your mail box? I just received it anyhow. Item 10 on page 6 IMHO essentially says that Schwab will disclose anything about your accounts it wants to anybody it wants at any time it wants without your permission. Admittedly this isn't what they probably intend to say, but it's written so ambiguously as to mean whatever they want it to mean.

Has anyone communicated with Schwab about this yet and gotten a response? I've sent them e-mail about it, but don't expect to hear back for a few days. If they're serious about this, then I'll have to move my accounts elsewhere.
