I don't believe it is going to be bigger than MSFT. If it is only 1/50th the size of Microsoft, the investors that got in early on will be very well off.

Microsoft did not achieve such a monopoly by just charging a support fee. They have a suite of products that are very profitable, and a large user base.

Redhat for the time being is only providing a product that can easily be got some place else (and for free). The main reason this product sells is that big business don't want to depend on only one company for software products.

I can only hope that this company can co-exist with the likes of MSFT.
