Most attorneys are scumbags. I can not remember when I have gotten 1 penny back from a class-action lawsuit, and I've been in 5 of them. All the money goes to the attorneys. Leeches. If no one steps forth to be lead plaintiff, then there won't be a court case against NEON. Let's hope no one is stupid enough to believe they will actually get anything back from this.
