What is happening with QCharts. Early Sunday AM, I try to connect to the system as normal only to be greeted with a message of "Logon Failed, User Account Not Found".

Calling the 1-800 number is a complete waste of time as except for listening to the classical music, no one ever answers. I visited your web site and my name and password seem to work just fine there.

Please say something to the so called support people about their lack of concern for their customer base.
