ROFL!!! That's a quote to remember right up there with IBM's Tom Watson saying the world market for computers is maybe 2 or 3 machines. Remember it the next time you:

...pump and pay for your own gas at an automated station.
...hear an automated telephone attendant.
...buy anything online.
...see a bar code label.
...use an ATM.
...etc, etc, etc....

Of course these are all IT companies, right! :-)
