The news was to be the board addition of Peter Howe. He will not be joining now, but apparently he is a shareholder in Celtic, and will still be working with them. Peter Howe is the president of Diadem, and former head of ACA. Howe International, a world renowned geological consulting firm. He is now only a shareholder of that company but they still use his name. This is a very exclusive group to be associated with, as they have connections worldwide, and are sitting pretty with the recent exploration boom in the mining business. They have all their connections from the lean times, and now they are making good use of them.
