Given the date and lack of news releases, I'm no sure this is helpful, but here is what I got: "We are in receipt of your email regarding closing of Amber partnerhsip. This deal is now expected to close on or about July 9 1999. Please note that we sent a response to your email Wednesday July 7, and it was returned as undeliverable. We have sent it again in the hopes that it will reach you. Carolyn Brooks Manager, Communications" Their response was timely as my server was down. I think the recent decline may have something to do with concern over the delay, but I have no information to back this up.
