Skeeter, remember the basic scenario we discussed a month ago, the Street will make sure all those convertible that have not converted in the $67 range will be forced to convert. The ting to do to decide when it is safe to short this (POS), is to follow up the shares outstanding (once the shares get above the conversion price), if the count start to grow, you know that TXN and INTC are not waiting to be forced to convert and are converting there. If the count is not growing, it means that they will wait for forced conversion. The Transfer agent should have a daily count of the shares. The scenario as crazy as it was, is still on, IMHO. Zeev
