Proxy being mailed out. . . Annual Shareholder meeting soon. TSSW reported a profit without a charge and with only one month of Unicore sales. TSSW will have 3 months of Unicore sales versus only one month the last qtr. Expecting some news at or soon after the shareholder conference. Company is working on a FastMove NT product and the Checkit 2000 product soon to be release. Expect to see some additional bundle agreements like the Compaq and Diamond deals which will significantly increase revenues in the 3rd and following qtrs. DC
